Moringa Cereal

METHOD (vegan)

Simply refine the normal cereals with some Moringa powder. Depending on the taste of the cereal, 1-2 tsp of Moringa powder can be used.

It is best to add the powder to the cereal and mix it before the milk is added, as the powder does not dissolve.

Fitness-Breakfast

METHOD

1. Put 1 banana, 5 tbsp (heaped) oatmeal, 170 g of curd and 1 tbsp of Moringa powder into the blender.

2. Alternatively, add 1 tbsp peanuts or coconut flakes.

3. Add 300 ml (almond) milk and mix for 1-2 minutes.

Cream Cheese Spread

METHOD

1. Combine 100 g of fresh cheese with a heaped tsp Moringa powder and a pinch of pepper.

2. Put the spread on a bread and cover with tomatoes or cucumbers.

3. Refine with delicious herbs.

Moringa Vinaigrette

METHOD (vegan)

1. Put 2 tbsp vinegar, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp (slightly heaped) of Moringa powder into a bowl.

2. Add 1 pinch of pepper, 1 pinch of (coconut) sugar and 6 tbsp of water and mix thoroughly.

3. Pour over the prepared lettuce and enjoy.

Moringa Fruit Salad

METHOD

1. Put 1/2 tsp of Moringa powder into a bowl.

2. Add 1 tablespoon honey and mix it.

3. Wash and cut various fruits, then mix in the Moringa honey.

Moringa Scrambled Eggs

METHOD

1. Add 2 eggs per person and a lightly tufted tsp Moringa powder into a bowl and gently mix it with a snow bean. The powder should dissolve well in the mass.

2. Next, heat a medium heat pan and melt 1 teaspoon of butter in a frying pan.

3. Add the eggs and stir with a wooden spoon. If the scrambled egg is to be firmer, the egg must first be stocked for a moment.

Spice up with salt and pepper shortly before cooking.

Moringa Honey Spread

METHOD

1. Add 1 teaspoon of Moringa powder to a bowl.

2.Add 3 tablespoons of honey and mix ît.
